He advised us on staging our home and arranged for spectacular photography and drone footage which we believe helped capture our audience. The feedback that I wish to leave is in regards to a previous agent I had with BH-Verani. I had a BH-Verani agent I would have worked with but decided not to because of their social media posts. If I hadn't met Paul through a friend both my transactions ( 1M+) would have been handled by another agency. Paul was extrememly professional and handle both of my sales perfecty. He was involved through the construction of that house - then became our agent for the sale of that home in 2006. Provided excellent service in every respect, and we obtained top dollar for the sale of that home. We re-engaged with him about 5 years later with his help to find another home in Windham. We just recently re-engaged with him for the sale of that home yesterday. By this time we would not consider any other individual to work with other than Paul.
